Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9-10 am, 11-12, and 5-6 pm You can go to any of those times and you don't always have to go at the same time each week, just make it work. Lets meet upstairs by the conference rooms before every workout.
Please come to these workouts...we want a national championship and I know we can do it, but we have to be in shape.
