Jog or jump rope for 5-10 minutes
CU dynamic warm up
10 Rounds for time of:
10 Box jumps - 18-20" (use a box or a bench)
10 Push ups - chest to ground / arms locked out at the top
10 DB Swings - 20-35 lbs
10 Push Press - 20-35 lbs
* If you do not know these movements try and workout with a returner. I will go over the movements at Monday nights practice.
