Now that we are less than a month away from the start of another school year and the start of another fall ball season, we want to step up the training a bit, so you come into the fall feeling in shape and avoiding injury.
We would also like to give you a heads up on a few fitness test well be doing at the start of the fall. There will be 3 different running tests and 2 strength tests; nothing to painful, they'll be fairly quick and painless!
1.5 mile run
300 yard shuttle sprint test
Goal line to goal line sprint test
1 min Max Push up test (hand release, from toes)
1 min Max Sit up test

Run 1.5 miles
Rest as needed and do 5 rounds, each for time:
Goal line to goal line sprints (about 80 yards)
10 Rounds for time:
5 Hand release Push ups (chest to ground, from your toes)
10 Sit ups (hands touch the ground behind you and your toes)
Goal for the Week:
35 minutes of Wall Ball
(that's only 5 min per day)
